In 2006, CDT opened a Mid-West office in Ohio and elevated its services to include full restoration services. CDT announced the birth of CDT Companies in January 2006. This newly formed entity, which consists of Commercial Disaster Technologies, Commercial Drying Technologies, and Commercial Drying Research Institute will now offer one portfolio of complete loss management and restoration services both domestic as well as internationally to the disaster recovery industry. CDT Companies can now offer and support the following services:
- Emergency mitigation and content removal
- Water extraction and structural drying/dehumidification
- Structural cleaning/restoration
- Reconstruction
- Equipment Rental
- Training/Education
This new approach when viewing each industry and business sector has taken CDT’s existing business model and infrastructure and enhanced it to meet the prospective clients’ future service requirements.
